I created Lylas Touch to offer others help and information towards their journey to better health.
I have suffered from several ailments such as psoriasis, severely dry cracked skin, and High blood pressure. I have also suffered from insomnia, restless leg syndrome, and postpartum depression. I have had anemia, heavy menstrual periods, and anxiety.
I went to several doctors over the years trying to get answers for my problems. The doctors prescribed numerous pills ranging from high to lower dosages. The medicines were just temporary fixes. Sometimes they did not help at all. One thing for sure – they would always cause other problems.
I needed some answers and help, which did not come without suffering from my conditions for years. I decided to attend a medical missionary school in Savannah, Tennessee U.S.A. I learned so much about plants and their healing properties. I learned about foods that I should and should not eat. I discovered that all diseases come from what we choose to eat. I will always remember this quote from the teacher, “Death starts in the colon.” It was a little scary but also eye opening.
After I had left the school, I started making shampoos, soaps, and candles. I also made beauty items such as facial masks, night creams, salves, and tinctures. My lifestyle had changed for the better. Things started to improve, and problems began disappearing. I felt euphoric and more energetic. As a result, I decided to share the information that I had learned. I wanted my sisters and brothers all over the globe to bring this knowledge to their homes.
Please do not use the information that I share as a substitute for your health care professional’s advice. The information is for educational purposes. Everyone must use his or her discretion when viewing information on this site. Always seek professional help. I enjoy sharing tips regarding the power of the body, and the amazing things that it can do with proper food consumption.
